It All Ends - Contest Entry

Contest entry for RiverSpirit456 's contest:  Contest!Hello guys! Last time I held a contest it was for 1000 watchers. Now I'mma hold another one for 10000!!
Alright, let's get this party started! Here are the rules for entering:
- Draw your favorite scene from my story Scarlet River. Any scene, whether it be in the actual pages or in one of the short stories, just so long as it's in the canon. If you don't read Scarlet River...err...I guess draw some of my OC's together (Like Riverpaw and Ashheart training or something).
-If you need descriptions of any of the characters who don't have refs, just send me a note and I'll respond as quickly as I can.
- Anyone can enter, although I'd prefer they be a watcher.
- This is, of course, a drawing contest with both digital and traditional drawings allowed (but if it's traditional, please try to get a good scan/photo of it so I can see the picture clearly )
- No using line arts/bases please. Also please draw the background, although if you aren't very confident in your background abilities,


Theme was to draw a scene from her Warriors fan fiction, Scarlet River.

*Minor Spoilers...?*


So this is quite a recent scene from the story, but it's probably one of my favorite ones in the entire story so far, so I decided to try it out. This is when Ava finally kills the cat who destroyed her life, destroyed her trust in others - Kimbly.
Imagine, you devote your entire life to a single purpose - and then that purpose is fulfilled without a warning. I really feel for Ava. In that moment she killed him, her life momentarily meant nothing. I tried to capture that shock in her expression.
BUT THEN, cause she's just too epic, she gets back up and goes right on with life. Yeah, Ava's awesome

As for the art....River also challenged us to try something new. So I took a gigantic leap out of my comfort zone and tried the one thing I avoid most: PERSPECTIVE.
And I'm pretty sure I failed completely....it just looks like her head is super small X'D And Kimbly's body, just...ugh
Yeah I don't like this at all. I might redo it sometime later.
